State representatives - the authorized representatives of the Contracting States in the Administrative Council of the Organization and their deputies, as well as members of delegations of the Contracting States at meetings of the Administrative Council. It should be noted that the term "members of delegations" does not include technical experts, delegates' secretaries, or technical staff1;
State representatives - authorized representatives, their deputies, members of the Scientific Council of the Institute appointed by the authorized representatives, members of the Financial Committee, members of delegations of sending states at meetings convened by the Organization, as well as advisors, technical experts and secretaries of the aforementioned delegations2;
State representatives - persons who represent the state and are entrusted with the obligation to act in this capacity in the Council on Aviation and Airspace Utilization and/or in the MAC Presidium3.
