Deterioration of tax conditions — for the purposes of this Agreement, deterioration of tax conditions means the introduction (establishment) of new taxes, fees, duties and (or) other similar payments, an increase in tax rates, sizes of fees, duties and (or) other similar payments1.
Deterioration of tax conditions — the introduction (establishment) of new taxes, fees and duties and (or) other similar payments compared to those in force on the date of signing this Agreement, as well as an increase in the rates of taxes, fees and duties and (or) other similar payments compared to those in force on the date of signing this Agreement2.
