Central organs are: on the part of the Russian Federation - the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation and the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation, and on the part of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam - the Ministry of Justice of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Supreme People's Procuracy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam1.

Central organs are the bodies authorized by the Parties to implement this Agreement2.
