Technical, sanitary and phytosanitary measures apply to goods of the Contracting Parties and to the production processes of such goods on the basis of the national treatment regime or the most-favoured-nation regime, depending on which of these regimes is more favourable for the producer and/or exporter of goods of the interested Contracting Party1.
