Armenian representative - natural persons serving in the state service of the Republic of Armenia, and/or natural or legal entities authorized by the Armenian Party and/or its competent authority to carry out joint activities concerning protected products and technologies, including any duly authorized representatives of the Armenian Party and/or the competent authority of the Armenian Party, Armenian consignors, designated bodies and organizations, their staff, representatives, contractors or subcontractors who participate in joint activities related to the issuance of export (import) licenses and (or) other permits in the Republic of Armenia activities with respect to protected articles and technologies and/or have or may have access to protected articles and technologies1.
