Administrator of vehicle electronic passports (chassis passports of vehicles) and electronic passports of self-propelled machines and other types of equipment — an organization entrusted with the function of coordinating actions related to the design of vehicle electronic passports (chassis passports of vehicles) and electronic passports of self-propelled machines and other types of equipment, including putting them into operation, their operation, performance optimization, provision and control of access, ensuring security, monitoring technical support issues for these systems, interaction with system participants and authorities, inclusion of new participants into these systems, as well as initiating measures necessary for harmonizing the legislation of the Contracting States in the area of functions of these systems1.
