Vehicle passport and other types of equipment - a document issued for vehicles with internal combustion engines having a working volume exceeding 50 cubic cm or electric motor(s) with maximum (total) power exceeding 4 kW, including tractors, self-propelled road construction, municipal, agricultural machines and other ground non-rail mechanical transport vehicles (excluding motor vehicles intended for use on public roads with a maximum design speed of more than 50 km/h) and their trailers1.
