Vehicle passport (vehicle chassis passport) — a document issued to motor vehicles intended for movement on public roads, having an internal combustion engine with a working volume exceeding 50 cubic. cm or electric motor(s) with a maximum (total) power of more than 4 kW and (or) a maximum constructive speed of more than 50 km/h, and trailers to them (passport issued on the chassis of the vehicle in the case of supplying chassis to consumers)1.
