Russian mutual fund — for the purposes of subpoints "a" and "b" of this paragraph, the term "Russian mutual fund" means investment funds established in accordance with the Federal Law "On Investment Funds" (Law No. 156-FZ dated November 29, 2001), taking into account any subsequent amendments that may be adopted and do not change its fundamental principle1.
