Chairman of the Federal Arbitration Court of the District
1. The chairman of the federal arbitral court of the district is a judge and exercises procedural powers provided for by the Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation.
2. The chairman of the federal arbitral court of the district:
1) organizes the activities of the federal arbitral court of the district;
2) distributes duties among deputies of the chairman of the federal arbitral court of the district;
3) forms judicial panels from among judges of the federal arbitral court of the district;
4) convenes the presidium of the federal arbitral court of the district and chairs its meetings, as well as submits to consideration by the presidium issues assigned to the jurisdiction of the presidium by this Federal Constitutional Law;
5) exercises general management over the staff of the federal arbitral court of the district, appoints and removes staff members from their positions;
6) represents the federal arbitrazh court of the district in relations with state, public and other bodies;
7) performs other powers established by this Federal Constitutional Law.
