Federal Arbitration Court of the District
1. The Federal Arbitration Court of the region considers cases in accordance with federal law as a court of first instance, as a court of cassation instance, and also on newly emerged circumstances.

2. The Federal Arbitration Court of the region is a higher judicial instance in relation to the arbitration appellate courts and arbitration courts of the subjects of the Russian Federation operating within the territory of the corresponding judicial district, unless otherwise provided by federal constitutional law.
