4. Secondary fuel resources are process waste containing chemically bound energy that is not used or unsuitable for further technological processing and can be used as boiler-furnace fuel. In this regard, products and wastes from processing facilities (oil refining, gas generator, coal enrichment, coke production, etc.), containing chemically bound energy, are one of the types of recyclable fuels (e.g., sludge and coal enrichment by-products) and do not belong to secondary fuel resources
