waste from production and consumption (hereinafter - waste) - residues of raw materials, materials, semi-finished products, other items or products that have arisen in the process of production or consumption, as well as goods (products) that have lost their consumer properties;

3.11. #waste from production#: Residues of raw materials, materials, substances, products, items formed in the process of manufacturing goods, performing works (services) and having completely or partially lost their original consumer properties.
Note. Waste from production includes by-products generated during production that are not used in this particular production: overburden rocks formed during the extraction of minerals, agricultural waste, solid substances captured during the cleaning of exhaust technological gases and wastewater, etc.
3.12. #waste from consumption#: Residues of substances, materials, items, products (goods or products), which have partially or completely lost their original consumer properties for use in direct or indirect purposes as a result of physical or moral wear during the processes of public or personal consumption (life activities), usage or operation.
Notes. 1. Waste from consumption includes semi-finished products, items (products) or goods that have lost their consumer properties established in accompanying operational documentation
