Measures for securing a claim in civil proceedings

1. Measures for securing the claim may include:

1) placing an arrest on property belonging to the defendant and located with him or other persons;

2) prohibiting the defendant from performing certain actions;

3) prohibiting other persons from performing certain actions relating to the subject of the dispute, including transferring property to the defendant or performing other obligations in relation to him;

4) suspending the enforcement of property in the event of a claim for releasing the property from arrest (removal from inventory);

5) suspending the collection under an enforcement document disputed by the debtor in court.

In necessary cases, the judge or court may adopt other measures to secure the claim that correspond to the objectives set out in Article 139 of this Code. A judge or court may allow several measures for securing the claim
