Persons with limited mobility - people of older age groups, aged 60 years and over, working-age persons with disabilities aged 16 to 60 years, children with disabilities under the age of 16, children under the age of 8 to 10 years, pedestrians with baby strollers, temporarily non-working individuals

Persons with limited mobility (PLM): people who experience difficulties in independent movement, obtaining a service, acquiring necessary information or orienting themselves in space. Persons with limited mobility include: persons with disabilities, individuals with temporary health impairments, pregnant women, elderly people, individuals with baby strollers, etc.
