"engineering and technical support networks" - a set of property objects directly used in the process of heat supply, gas supply, water supply, and wastewater removal. When connecting capital construction objects directly to resource production equipment or to wastewater removal and sewage treatment systems, if the organization responsible for operating such equipment does not have network infrastructure, that organization is considered to be the organization responsible for operating engineering and technical support networks in terms of providing technical conditions and performing other actions in accordance with these Rules;
