Arbitration Agreement
An "arbitration agreement" is an agreement between parties to submit all or certain disputes arising or likely to arise between them in connection with any specific legal relationship, regardless of whether it is contractual or not, to arbitration. An arbitration agreement may be concluded in the form of an arbitration clause within a contract or as a separate agreement.
