Right of Recall
The author has the right to revoke a previously made decision to publish the work (right of revocation), provided that the person to whom the exclusive rights to the work have been transferred or the right to use the work has been granted is compensated for damages caused by such a decision. If the work has already been published, the author must also publicly notify about its revocation. At the same time, the author may remove previously released copies of the work from circulation, provided that any resulting damages are compensated.
