(iii) In this Declaration, the term "author" means any person or group of persons acting independently or under the auspices of any governmental or non-governmental organization for the purpose of obtaining profit or on any other grounds, responsible for creativity in any field, including science and technology, art, including performing arts, and the results of activities of certain categories of producers, such as phonogram producers and broadcasting organizations, trademarks, business enterprise indicators, industrial designs, and the development of geographical indications.
