Employment
Employment under a contract - this is work in which an individual enters into an explicit (written or oral) or implied labor agreement guaranteeing them basic remuneration (in cash or in kind), which does not directly depend on the income of the entity where the individual works. The main assets, some or all of the tools, premises used by the individual during work may belong to other persons. The worker's activities may be carried out under the direct supervision of the owner or individuals designated by the owner and working for them under employment
