Labor Contract
An employment contract is an agreement between an employer and an employee, according to which the employer undertakes to provide the employee with work in accordance with a specified job function, ensure working conditions stipulated by labor legislation and other normative legal acts containing norms of labor law, collective agreements, agreements, local regulatory acts, and this agreement, timely and in full pay the employee's wages, while the employee undertakes personally to perform the specified job function under this agreement, observe the internal labor regulations currently in force at this employer.
