Estimated cost


3.1. Estimated cost - the amount of money required to carry out construction in accordance with design documents. The estimated cost serves as a basis for determining the size of capital investments, financing construction, forming contract prices for construction products, calculations for completed subcontracting (construction and installation, repair and construction, etc.) works, payment of expenses for purchasing equipment and delivering it to construction sites, as well as reimbursement of other costs from funds provided by the consolidated estimated calculation
