International air transport
International transportation - transportation carried out in accordance with a contract of international air transport, where the point of departure and destination point, regardless of whether there was transshipment or interruption of transportation, are located: 1) on the territory of two states, 2) on the territory of the same state, if a stop is provided on the territory of another state
