Insurance Brokers
2. Insurance brokers - physical persons who are permanently residing on the territory of the Russian Federation and registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation as individual entrepreneurs, or Russian legal entities (commercial organizations), who act in the interests of the insured (reinsured) or insurer (reinsurer) and carry out activities related to providing services connected with the conclusion of insurance (reinsurance) contracts between the insurer (reinsurer) and the insured (reinsured), as well as the performance of such contracts (hereinafter referred to as provision of insurance broker services). When providing services related to the conclusion of such contracts, an insurance broker is not entitled to act simultaneously in the interests of both the insured and the insurer
