56) referendum of a subject of the Russian Federation - a referendum conducted in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, this Federal Law, other federal laws, the constitution (charter), and the law of a subject of the Russian Federation among citizens of the Russian Federation who have the right to participate in a referendum and whose place of residence is located within the territory of a subject of the Russian Federation;
