Guardianship
1) guardianship - a form of care for minors (citizens under the age of fourteen years) and citizens declared by court as incapacitated, where individuals appointed by the guardianship and custody authority (guardians) serve as legal representatives of the wards and perform all legally significant actions on their behalf and in their best interests;
