Religious group
1. A religious group under this Federal Law is considered a voluntary association of citizens formed for the purpose of jointly practicing and spreading faith, carrying out activities without state registration and acquiring the legal capacity of a legal entity. Premises and necessary property for the activities of a religious group are provided to the group by its members.
2. Citizens who have formed a religious group with the intention of subsequently transforming it into a religious organization notify local self-government bodies about the creation of the group and the commencement of its activities.
3. Religious groups have the right to perform worship services, other religious rites and ceremonies, as well as to provide religious education and religious upbringing for their followers1
