Users of the gross settlement system
1.6. Users of the RTGS system are enterprises, institutions and organizations located on the territory of the Russian Federation, having bank (correspondent, current, settlement and other) accounts opened at the Central Bank of Russia. As users of the RTGS system, the following entities are subject to registration in accordance with the procedures established by the Central Bank of Russia:
- credit institutions, branches of credit institutions and other clients of the Central Bank of Russia;
- enterprises, institutions and organizations that are part of the Central Bank of Russia system but not included in the Russian BIC Directory
