Labor Costs of the Organization


Labour costs of an organization are the sum of remuneration in monetary and non-monetary forms for worked and unworked time, expenses of the organization related, in particular, to providing housing for employees, professional training, cultural and domestic services, social protection, including expenses on pension, medical and other types of insurance, travel expenses, as well as taxes and fees related to the use of hired labour
