Territorial Office of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency
1. Territorial offices of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency (hereinafter referred to as territorial offices) are regional administrations of FMBA Russia and interregional administrations of FMBA Russia, performing functions of control and supervision in the field of sanitary-epidemiological well-being of workers of organizations in certain industries with particularly hazardous working conditions, including during preparation and execution of space flights under piloted programs, conducting diving and caisson work (hereinafter referred to as serviced organizations), and population of certain territories according to the list of organizations and territories, subject to servicing by the Federal Medical-Biological Agency, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation upon proposal of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation, coordinated with interested federal executive bodies (hereinafter - serviced territories), as well as control over the quality of donor blood and its components produced by healthcare organizations (structural subdivisions) carrying out collection, processing, storage, and ensuring the safety of donor blood and its components on the territory of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - state
