"ON APPROVING UNIFORM ECOLOGICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ARRANGEMENT OF TEMPORARY WASTE STORAGE SITES BY ORGANIZATIONS-USING NATURE IN MOSCOW ON OCCUPIED LAND PLOTS"
"inert waste" means waste that has not undergone any significant physical, chemical or biological transformations. Inert waste cannot decompose, burn or otherwise react, decompose or in some harmful way exert an influence that may lead to the onset of environmental pollution or harm to human health. Total leachability, content of pollutants in the waste and ecotoxicity of wastewater should be insignificant and, in particular, not hazardous for the quality of surface and/or groundwater
