Tourist Services
58. Tourist services include the following services:
- tour operators in forming and implementing package tours (a complex of services including transportation, accommodation, catering for tourists, excursion services, guide-translator services and other services provided depending on the purpose of travel);
- travel agencies in selling package tours to consumers;
- excursion services, i.e. services related to organizing trips with educational purposes without overnight stays in collective accommodation and not included in the cost of the tour;
- tourism industry objects providing services to tourists paid for as part of a package tour
