Poiré


Poiré: a winery product with an alcohol by volume (ABV) content of not less than 1.5% and not more than 6.0%, produced from fermented pear must or fermented restored pear juice (wine materials), without carbonation or with artificial carbonation using carbon dioxide, or carbonation resulting from fermentation, and a carbon dioxide pressure in bottles of not less than 100 kPa at 20 °C
