Private Prosecutor
59) private prosecutor — victim or their legal representative and representative in criminal cases of private prosecution;
1. A private prosecutor is a person who files a statement with the court in a case of private prosecution in accordance with the procedure established by Article 318 of this Code, and supports the prosecution before the court.
2. The private prosecutor is granted rights provided for by paragraphs 4, 5, and 6 of Article 246 of this Code
