Consumers of Goods and Services of Housing and Utilities Organizations
17) consumers of goods and services provided by organizations of the communal complex in the areas of water supply, wastewater disposal, and the disposal (burial) of household solid waste - individuals who acquire water, wastewater disposal, and the disposal (burial) of household solid waste under a contract for their own household and (or) production needs (hereinafter referred to as consumers). In the housing sector, consumers of goods and services provided by these organizations in the areas of water supply, wastewater disposal, and the disposal (burial) of household solid waste are:
(as amended by Federal Laws dated December 25, 2008 No. 281-FZ, and July 27, 2010 No. 191-FZ)
a) in multi-apartment buildings - housing cooperatives, residential construction cooperatives, and other specialized consumer cooperatives, managing organizations that purchase the aforementioned goods and services for providing utility services to persons using premises in this multi-apartment building, or directly the owners of premises in the multi-apartment building in the case of direct management of the multi-apartment building by the owners of premises;
b) in a residential house - the owner of this house or an authorized person providing utility services;
