Public Utilities
"utility services" - the performance of the performer's activities in supplying any utility resource to consumers individually or two or more of them in any combination with the aim of ensuring favorable and safe conditions for using residential and non-residential premises, common property in multi-apartment buildings, as well as land plots and residential houses (households) located on them;

35. Utility services include the following services:
- cold and hot water supply;
- wastewater disposal (sewage);
- electricity supply;
- gas supply (including the delivery of household gas in cylinders);
- heating, including the supply of solid fuel where there is a stove heating system
