Foreign Branch of the Bank

1.2. A foreign branch is a separate unit of the authorized bank established and operating in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, regulatory acts of the Bank of Russia, as well as the legislation and regulatory acts of the banking supervision authority of the country where it is located, situated on the territory of a foreign state, and conducting banking operations provided for by the license of the Bank of Russia on behalf of the authorized bank in accordance with the rights granted by the authorized bank.
