Import of goods into the Russian Federation

1) import of goods into the Russian Federation - actual crossing of goods through the State border of the Russian Federation and (or) the limits of territories of artificial islands, installations and structures over which the Russian Federation exercises jurisdiction in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and international law norms, as a result of which goods have arrived from other states - members of the Customs Union or from territories not belonging to the unified customs territory of the Customs Union, onto the territory of the Russian Federation and (or) onto the territories of artificial islands, installations and structures over which the Russian The Federation exercises jurisdiction in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and norms of international law, and all subsequent actions regarding these goods until their release by customs authorities, when such release is provided for by the customs legislation of the Customs Union and (or) this Federal Law;
