Import of goods into the Russian Federation
1) import of goods into the Russian Federation - the actual crossing of goods through the State border of the Russian Federation and (or) the limits of territories of artificial islands, installations and structures over which the Russian Federation exercises jurisdiction in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and norms of international law, as a result of which goods have arrived from other member states of the Customs Union or from territories not forming part of the single customs territory of the Customs Union, onto the territory of the Russian Federation and (or) onto the territories of artificial islands, installations and structures over which the Russian Federation exercises jurisdiction in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and norms of international law, and all subsequent actions regarding the said goods until their release by customs authorities, when such release is provided for by the customs legislation of the Customs Union and (or) this Federal Law;
