Credit Agreement


1. Under a credit agreement, a bank or other credit organization (creditor) are obligated to provide monetary funds (credit) to the borrower in the amount and under the terms stipulated by the agreement, while the borrower is obligated to repay the received sum of money and pay interest thereon
