Credit Institution
A credit organization is a legal entity which, for the purpose of making profit as its primary objective of activities, on the basis of a special permit (license) issued by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia), has the right to perform banking operations provided for by this Federal Law. A credit organization is established on the basis of any form of ownership as a commercial company.
