Rights of the performer

1. The performer is entitled to:

1) the exclusive right to perform;

2) the right of authorship - the right to be recognized as the author of the performance;

3) the right of name - the right to have his or her own name or pseudonym indicated on copies of the phonogram and in other cases of use of the performance, and, in the case provided for by paragraph 1 of article 1314 of this Code, the right to indicate the name of the performing group, except in cases where the nature of use of the work precludes the possibility of indicating the performer's name or the name of the performing group;

4) the right of integrity of performance - the right to protect the performance from any distortion, that is, from making changes to the recording, broadcast or cable transmission which lead to misrepresentation of the meaning or disruption of the integrity of perception of the performance
