Temporary buildings and structures

Temporary buildings and structures include those specifically erected or adapted for the period of construction, such as production, storage, auxiliary, residential, and public buildings and structures necessary for carrying out construction and installation works and for servicing construction workers:

- temporary material and technical warehouses on the construction site (closed (heated and unheated) and open) for storing materials, structures, and equipment arriving for this construction project;

- temporary facilities (sites, platforms, etc.) for materials, products, structures, and equipment, as well as for loading and unloading operations;

- temporary multifunctional production workshops (repair-mechanical, reinforcement, carpentry, and others);

- temporary roads;

- temporary external power supply;

- temporary high-voltage lines, transformer substations, etc.

Temporary buildings and structures are divided into titled (for the needs of construction as a whole) and untitled (for the needs of an individual object, accounted for as part of overhead costs).

Untitled structures include scaffolding, ladders, temporary connections from electricity, water, steam, gas, air networks, etc. These structures are intended for use only on certain specific construction sites.
