Residential buildings
Residential building - a permanent-type residential house designed for long-term service life

Residential buildings include:
buildings that are part of the residential fund (general-purpose buildings, dormitories, sleeping blocks of boarding schools, sleeping blocks of children's homes, sleeping blocks of homes for the elderly and disabled);
residential buildings (accommodations) not included in the residential fund (summer cottages, garden houses, prefabricated mobile cabins, wagons, railway carriages and wagons, ships, etc., adapted for use as housing);
departmental housing (including apartments purchased by organizations and used as living accommodations), accounted for on the organization's balance sheet
