Oleo-oil (Edible)


Oleo-oil (food grade) - white or yellowish solid fat with a soft consistency, having a slight beef tallow odor and pleasant taste. It has a crystalline structure but may become granular after rolling and leveling. It is mainly composed of glyceride of oleic acid (triolein). Oleo-oil is primarily used in the production of food margarine or lard substitute and as a lubricant material
