Standard Meal Plan for Students and Pupils (Sample Cyclic Menu)
Typical nutrition diet of students and pupils (sample cyclical menu) - a balanced diet in terms of nutritional value, taking into account the physiological needs of students (pupils) for nutrients and energy, differentiated by age groups, used by the organization providing food for students (pupils) when forming an actual nutrition diet. The typical nutrition diet is a technical document approved by the head of the organization providing food for students (pupils), and subject to coordination by the bodies authorized to carry out State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance (in the established order for technical documents). The typical nutrition diet may include recipes and technological instructions (technical-technological cards) for all dishes and culinary products used in its composition, or contain references to relevant technical documents. In the standard diet, general names of food products are indicated, which are specified when compiling the daily diet.
