Teleworkers
Homeworkers are persons who have concluded a labor contract for performing work at home using materials and with the use of tools and equipment provided by the employer or purchased by the homeworker at their own expense. A homeworker may perform work stipulated by the labor contract with the participation of members of their family. At the same time, no labor relations arise between the family members of the homeworker and the employer.
