Labor relations
Labor relations are relationships based on an agreement between an employee and employer regarding the personal performance by the employee of a labor function (work in a position according to the staffing schedule, profession, specialty with indication of qualification; specific type of work assigned to the employee), subordination of the employee to internal labor regulations, provided that the employer ensures working conditions stipulated by labor legislation and other normative legal acts containing labor law norms, collective agreements, agreements, local normative acts, and employment contract
