Non-performing assets of a credit institution
For the purposes of this Regulation, improper assets are understood to mean monetary funds and/or other property (hereinafter - property), the direct or indirect (through third parties) source of which is property provided by the credit institution itself, and/or property provided by other persons, in cases where the credit institution directly or indirectly (through third parties) assumed the risks (danger) of losses arising from the provision of such property
