Numismatic Monetary Signs
1. For the purposes of this Instruction, numismatic currency refers to:
banknotes (bank bills) of the State Bank of the USSR of the 1961 design that have been withdrawn from circulation;
circulation withdrawn small change coins made of non-precious metals issued by the State Bank of the USSR from 1961 to 1991 and by the Central Bank of Russia from 1992 to 1996;
banknotes (bank bills) of the Central Bank of Russia issued between 1992 and 1995 that have been withdrawn from circulation;
small change coins made of non-precious metals currently in circulation within the territory of the Russian Federation
